The Jahez product is a new concept being marketed by Kuwait Livestock Transport & Trading Co. The project is focusing on the production of Frozen Ready Meals or as termed in European countries ' Home Meal Replacement'. The aim of the Department is to prepare, cook and freeze portioned meals ready for the Consumer to heat in the Microwave in just 6 minutes. The project also abides by the Islamic rules and regulations that prevail in Kuwait and hence the same standards especially HACCP have been applied to this project.

The project has currently a range of 24 products of both Arabic and International flavor, which are produced from local ingredients at their Shuwaikh process unit. The unit is equipped with highly sophisticated machinery specially designed for the food industry which includes a hi-tech blast freezer, high-speed sealing and packaging machines. Now under the heading of ' Recipes From Around The World'. These products will also feature full nutritional information to form part of a calorie-xcontrolled diet.

Further product development and ongoing ingredient evaluation will ensure that their Customers are supplied with quality products that are both high in taste and a healthy option for both adults and children. Jahez is the market leader in Kuwait in this exciting concept and their aim is to expand into national and international markets.
